1995 • Michael Mann

There is a style and beauty in Michael Mann's film that makes this one of my all time fave movies. You can see this style present in his other work, but Heat is where it started for me. LA is a main character, just like in Collateral. Love it

Tron: Legacy

Tron: Legacy

2010 • Joseph Kosinski

Many folks disagree with me here, but this film is a visual and auditory masterpiece. I love everything about it. Joseph Kosinski is brilliant. I also really liked Oblivion. It's like Joseph read my mind. He knows what I think looks cool, and he brings it to life in his films.
